“Our strong third quarter results reflect the strength of our teams, the disciplined execution of our strategy, and the resilience of our business,” said Masco’s President and CEO, Jon Nudi. “We are executing well against our strategy, delivering above-market growth and building momentum throughout the organization. In the third quarter, net sales increased 3 percent, or 4 percent excluding the impacts of our divestiture and currency, adjusted operating margin expanded 160 basis points to 17.9 percent, and adjusted earnings per share grew 23 percent. In addition, we returned $322 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases, demonstrating the strength of our cash flow generation and our ongoing commitment to disciplined capital allocation and shareholder value creation.”

“Based on the strength of our operational performance year-to-date, we now expect adjusted earnings per share to be in the range of $4.65 to $4.75, compared to our previous guidance range of $4.40 to $4.60,” continued Nudi. “While we expect the demand environment to remain challenged in the near term, the long-term fundamentals of the repair and remodel market remain strong, and we are executing well. We remain confident in our ability to leverage the power of our industry-leading brands, to expand our commercial capabilities and to drive operational excellence to create long-term shareholder value.”

Dividend Declaration
Masco’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, payable on November 23, 2026 to shareholders of record on November 6, 2026.
