organization, home of three nationally recognized cabinetry brands --
KraftMaid®, Merillat® and QualityCabinets® - several private label
product lines and the DeNova™ countertop brand announced today that it
will move its corporate headquarters to 4600 Arrowhead Drive, Ann Arbor
Township, Michigan.

strengths and talents of the two organizations in fresh and creative
ways to best meet the needs of customers, our employees and our
company."
Masco Corporation (MAS), the leader in the North American cabinet
business, announced in February 2010 that it was combining its two
cabinet companies, Masco Retail Cabinet Group (KraftMaid) and Masco
Builder Cabinet Group (Merillat, QualityCabinets and DeNova), to form
Masco Cabinetry. Current headquarters locations are in Middlefield, OH
and Adrian, MI respectively.

Incentives approved today by the Michigan Economic Growth Authority
will support this consolidation. The entire incentive package granted
Masco Cabinetry for job creation and retention approximates $11 million
over a ten year period.
Initially, 350 employees will work at the Masco Cabinetry
headquarters building and that number is expected to grow to 450
employees in the next few years. No date has been announced for the move
to the new site. At this time, the Masco Cabinetry leadership team will
continue to work through strategic and tactical plans to ensure a
seamless transition to the new organization.
